纳米二氧化锡导电粉体的制备 被引量:2

The Preparation of Nanosized Tin Dioxide Conductive Powder

摘要 以 Sn Cl4· 5 H2 O和 Sb Cl3 为原料 ,采用化学共沉淀的方法制备出纳米二氧化锡导电粉体。运用 TEM和 XRD对粉体进行了表征 ,结果显示 ,掺锑二氧化锡为四方相金红石结构 ,随着煅烧温度的升高 ,晶粒尺寸和平均原始粒径逐渐增加。研究了 p H值、反应温度、m( Sn Cl4·5 H2 O) / m( Sb Cl3 )、煅烧时间和煅烧温度对导电二氧化锡体积电阻率的影响。
