摘要
对黑龙江省的 11个中心城市经济、社会发展状况进行分析和综合评价 ,通过因子得分判定各个城市综合发展水平 ,对排序结果进行分析并提出相应的对策 .应用统计学中的因子分析模型 ,对黑龙江省 11个中心城市发展状况的原始数据进行处理 ,得到 11个城市的因子得分 .综合得分前 4名的城市依次是大庆、哈尔滨、牡丹江、齐齐哈尔 ,得分最低的 4个城市依次是双鸭山、鸡西、鹤岗、伊春 .得分最低的 4个城市都是资源型城市 ,黑龙江省应该着重解决资源型城市的可持续发展 ,一方面要解决劳动密集型产业衰退过程中劳动力转移问题 ,另一方面又要促进地区经济结构的转换和地域开发 .
The primary data about the levels of social and economical development of the 11 central cities in Heilongjiang Province was processed using a analysis model to establion the component score for each of the cities.Daqing,Harbin.Mudanjiang and Qiqihar are the top 4 cities,and Shuangyashan,Jixi,Hegang,Yichun are the bottom 4 cities.The bottom four cities are all cities of resources sustained development is essemtial for cities of resources in Heilongjiang.Transfer of workforce must be handled properly while the labor_intensive industries are reducing,and the transformation of regional economic structure must be farther promoted.
