摘要
运用DEA评价方法,可建立起政府绩效评估的数学模型和指标体系。运用此评价方法,在对四川八个城市政府绩效评估所作的实证研究表明,在假定评价对象的外部环境一致的情况下,运用DEA评价方法是可行的。DEA计算结果还可作为城市政府之间相互比较的一个参照标准,但要注意外生变量对评价结果的重大影响,以使评价结果更为准确可用。
To apply the DEA （Data Envelopment Analysis） method can set up the mathematical model and the index system of government＇s performance evaluation. The positive study of eight cities in Siehuan Province by using the DEA indicates that it is available to apply the DEA if all cities have the same outer conditions. Moreover the result with DEA may be taken as a reference standard for comparison between these cities. However we should be careful of the influence of exogenous variable to the evaluation so that the evaluation can be more accurate.
