摘要
目的 :为了研究妇炎克颗粒剂的抗炎作用机制。方法 :采用动物子宫炎症模型、肉芽肿炎症模型和环磷酰胺致免疫低下模型 ,用妇炎克颗粒治疗 ,然后测定其子宫炎症肿胀抑制率和炎症积分、肉芽肿湿重、淋巴细胞转化率和IL - 2水平 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :妇炎克颗粒剂组子宫肿胀程度明显低于模型组 ,病理切片显示浆细胞明显减少 ,肉芽肿湿重明显低于模型组 ,明显增加淋巴细胞转化作用和增高IL - 2水平。结论 :妇炎克颗粒剂具有抗炎作用 ,其机制除直接抑制炎症发生外 。
Objective:To Study the anti_inflammatory mechanism of Fu Yan Ke Granule. Methods:Animal's womb inflammation model,granulation inflammation model and low immunity model by cyclophosphamide were treated by Fu Yan Ke Granulae.The inhibition rate of edema and abdominal distension and integration of womb inflammation, weight of granulation, lymphocyte transformation rate and IL-2 level were measured and compared with the control group. Results:Fu Yan Ke granule could significantly inhibit the swelling of womb.The degree of the womb swelling in treated group was lower than that in model group. Pathological result showed that plasma cells were reduced obviously, the weight of granulation in experimental group was lower than that in model group. The transformation action of lymphocyte and the level of IL-2 were increased evidently. Conclusions:Fu Yan Ke Granule have inhibited inflammatory action.Its mechanism is to increase the level of cell immunity besides inhibiting directly the occurrence of inflammation.
