摘要
目的研究龙丹腰痹宁的抗炎镇痛作用及作用机制。方法二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀实验评价龙丹腰痹宁的抗炎作用;扭体法评价龙丹腰痹宁的镇痛作用;ELISA法检测小鼠血清TNF-α含量以探讨其作用机制。结果灌胃给予龙丹腰痹宁药液0.817、1.640和3.270 g/kg能明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓及角叉菜胶所致大鼠足趾肿胀的程度,提高小鼠的痛阈值并降低血清中TNF-α的水平。结论龙丹腰痹宁具有较明显的抗炎镇痛作用,其作用机制与下调TNF-α有关。
【Objective】 To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and mechanisms of Longdanyaobining pellets.【Methods】 Model of xylene-induced ear edema,albumin-induced paw edema and hot-plate test were used to testify the anti-inflammatory and analgetic effects.The expression of TNF-α in serum were measured by enzyme linked immuno-sorbent(ELISA).【Results】 The xylene-induced mice ear edema and albumin-induced rat paw edema were significantly suppressed by low(0.817 g/kg),medium(1.640 g/kg) and high(3.270 g/kg) dose of Longdanyaobining pellets respectively.The writhing time induced by acetic acid were remarkably improved and the expression of TNF-α in serum were significantly decreased.【Conclusion】 Ruixingyaotong pellets has strong anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects and the mechanism may be related to its suppression to TNF-α.
