摘要
本文研究了二甲苯在 HM-γAl_2O_3酸性催化剂上的异构化反应和歧化反应,并采用试差矩阵法求取了该体系反应网络的动力学参数。结果表明,在该催化剂上乙苯与二甲苯不能相互转化,二甲苯的歧化为动力学控制,二甲苯的异构化反应符合于分子内部的1-2位甲基位移反应机理。
The isomerization and disproportionation reactions of xylenes on HM-γAl_2O_3catalyst were studied with a tubular fix-bed reactor connected to an on-lineGC.The trial-matrix method was used to obtain the kinetic parameters of thereaction network.The results indicate that ethylbenzene cannot be trans-formed into xylene or vice versa on HM-γAl_2O_3 catalyst,the disproportiona-tion of xylene is kinetic controlled,and the isomerization of xylene obeys thereaction mechanism of intramolecular 1-2 shiff of methyl groups.
