摘要
课程政策的制定既需要强化教师、学生及家长的课程权力表达,也需要加强地方和学校课程权力的表达,同时还需要优化课程专家课程权力的表达。它们是制定出一项“好的”课程政策的必不可少的要素,也是提高各方责任感的关键因素。
In making curriculum policies,we need to strengthen the demonstrating a bility of teachers,students and their parents,enhance the demon strating ability of curriculum powe r of local government and schools,an d make better the demonstrating ability of curriculum power of curriculum experts.These three aspects are not only the in-dispensable elements to make a good c urriculum policy,but also the key fa ctors to enhance the sense of responsibility of the three circles.
