摘要
高等教育人才理念对高等教育的培养目标、培养规格和人才培养模式等具有决定性的影响。作者认为 ,新世纪高等教育人才理念的核心是知识、能力、素质三者的协调发展 ,其内容包括人才第一资源理念、人才质量理念、人才全面素质理念、人才创新理念和人才可持续发展理念等。
Higher education has decisive influence on cultivation target, cultivation standard and talent cultivation model. As far as the author's concern, they are of the idea of talents with higher education in the century is coordinated growth of knowledge, ability and quality, which involves the following ideas: talent first, talent quality, talent all round character, talent innovation and talent continues development.
