摘要
由于我国目前民办高校的现状和肩负的历史任务,所培养的人才大多是复合型、开放型、创新型人才。为此,必须树立新的人才理念,着力培养学生的创新能力、适应能力、整合能力、社交能力、动手能力和抗挫折能力。
Owing to the history task shouldered by the civilian-run colleges and universities of our country at present, the men of ability they cultivate mainly are the compound, open and innovation types. Therefore, it is necessary for them to set up the new idea of men of ability, pay attention to training the students with the ability for innovation, adaptation, re-organization, social contact, starting work and anti-frustration.
