当前 ,我国经济形势和科教形势发生了深刻变化 ,高等教育的发展面临着许多新的问题与挑战 ,这些新问题要求我们进一步转变人才观和教育观 ,深化高等教育改革。翁史烈教授从新时期人才观内涵、工程教育的核心、营造大学的智力生态环境、高校在国家创新体系中的地位、深化大学内部管理体制改革、多渠道筹资与多元化办学六个方面提出了自己的见解。本文是翁史烈教授于 2 0 0 0年 1
Nowadays the economic situation and educational situation have taken great change. The development of higher education is confronted with new problems and challenges, which request us to change our concepts of talent as well as concepts of education to deepen the higher education reform. Professor Weng Shi Lie put forward his own ideas in six aspects. They are 'The connotation of talent concept in new era', 'The core of engineering education', 'The Construction of university intellectual ecology', 'The status of universities in the national system of creation', 'Deepening the reform of higher educational management system', 'Multi\|channel fund raising and multi\|faceted operation of universities'.
