摘要
教师专业化问题是一个关涉教师教育目标的大问题 ,因而一直是教师和教师教育研究中的重要课题。自教师专业化作为课题被提出以来 ,在理论与实践上经历了一个由重视教师作为专业性职业的地位和待遇向强调教师的角色与实践转变的过程 ,而且在当前的信息化社会里又面临着新的挑战。为迎接新的挑战 ,推动教师专业化的进程 ,为教师职业寻求新的专业特性的努力方兴未艾。对教师专业化的理念、现实与未来的把握 。
Teacher professionalization,being a great issue related with goals of teacher education,remains to be an important problem of the researches on teacher and teacher education.Teacher professionalization,since being put forward as a project,has experienced a process of changes from emphasizing teacher's status and treatment to attach importance to teacher's roles and practice,and is facing new challenges from the informational society.In order to meet the new challenges and promote the process of teacher professionalization,the efforts to seek new professionalism for the teaching profession is emerging prosperously.To grasp the idas,realities and future of teacher professionalization will provide useful references for us to think about the goals of teacher education in our country.
