摘要
于1999年6月~1999年7月收集中华绒螯蟹粪便,用酸不溶灰分法测定中华绒螯蟹对饲料的消化率,同时测定其胃、肠、肝、胰脏蛋白酶活力。结果表明,蛋白质能量比(P/E)28.93mg/kJ水平中华绒螯蟹胃、肝、胰脏蛋白酶活性明显高于P/E27.30mg/kJ和30.31mg/kJ两个水平(P<0.05)。而三个P/E水平间肠蛋白酶活性没有明显差异(P>0.05)。28.93mg/kJP/E水平饲料蛋白质、脂肪、能量以及总表观消化率分别为82.57、77.59、83.94、76.98%,均高于其余两个水平。但三个P/E水平间营养物质的表观消化率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。
The digestibilities of formulated diets were estimated by measuring their faecal productions of the chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis) in laboratory during June-July, 1999. The results showed that at 28.93 mg/kJ P/E (protein-to-energy ratio) level apparent digestibilities of protein,lipid, energy and dry matter were 82.57 %,77.59 %, 83.94 %and 76.98 %, respectively.It was higher than 27.30 mg/kJ and 30.31 mg/kJ P/E levels. The experimental groups, the activities of protease in gastric and hepatopancreas of the chinese mitten crab changed obviously. And it reached the greatest at 28.93 mg/kJ P/E level (P<0.05).However, P/E values had no signifficant effects on the activity of protease in intestine. So taking the apparent digestibility as a target,the optimum DP/DE (digestible protein/ digestible energy) is 28.46 mg/kJ.
