摘要
目的 建立妇安康口服液中辛弗林的含量测定方法。方法 采用 HPL C法。色谱柱为迪马 Dia-mond TM(钻石 ) C1 8柱 (4.6× 2 0 0 mm ,5μm) ;流动相为甲醇 -水 (6 2∶ 38) (内含 0 .1%十二烷基磺酸钠及0 .1%磷酸 ) ;流速为 1.0 ml/ min;检测波长为 2 75 nm。结果 本法线性关系良好 ,平均加样回收率为 98.31% ,RSD值为 1.94 %。结论 本方法操作简便 ,分离效果好 。
Objective To establish the determination method of synephrine in Fuankang oral solution.Methods By using HPLC with Diamond TM C 18 column(4.6×200 mm,5 μm), methanol water (62∶38) (with 0.1% sodium lauryl sulfonate and 0.1% phosphoric acid ) was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml/min., the detection wavelength was at 275nm.Result The linearity of this method was well. The recovery of the added sample was 98.31% and RSD was 1.94%.Conclusion This method is simple with a good separating degree and can be used for the quality control of Fuankang oral solution.
