两种方法测定枳实提取物中昔奈福林的比较研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的以枳实提取物中昔奈福林(L-辛弗林)的含量测定为例,探讨高效液相色谱法结合薄层色谱扫描测定旋光对映体含量的可行性。方法对同一批样品分别运用手性柱高效液相和高效液相色谱法与薄层色谱扫描结合测定枳实提取物中L-辛弗林的含量,以两种方法测定的结果为样本,通过统计学中的F检验和t检验,比较两种测定方法的精密度和准确性。结果两种测定方法的精密度和准确性无显著性差异。结论高效液相色谱法结合薄层色谱扫描可以代替手性柱高效液相测定枳实提取物中L-辛弗林的含量,提供了一种测定中药中旋光对映体含量的经济有效方法和新思路。 OBJECTIVE To discuss the feasibility of determining enantiomers by the combination of high performance liquid(HPLC) and thin layer chromatography scannning(TLCS) with an example of L-synephrine in Citrus auraraii extract.METHODS The contents of L- synephrine in Citrus aurantii extract were determined by ehiral-eolumn HPLC and the combination of HPLC and TLCS respectively, and the determination results of two methods were compared with the accuracy and precision by F-test and t-test. RESULTS The accuracy and precision of the two determination methods owned no significant difference. CONCLUSION The combination of HPLC and TLCS can replace chiral-column HPLC to determine the content of L-synephrine in Citrus auraraii extract, Moreover, a new economical and effective method of determining the enantiomers in traditional Chinese medicine is obtained.
