摘要
目的:建立填充柱超临界流体色谱法测定枳实中辛弗林含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Berger PYR(乙基吡啶柱,250mm×4.6mm,6μm),流动相:超临界CO2-0.2%异丙胺甲醇(77:23),压力:100bar,温度:35℃,流速:2.0mL/min.检测波长:225nm。结论:辛弗林在0.71~11.36μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均加样回收率为99.57%.RSD=1.69%。结论:该方法简便、快速、重复性好、结果准确,且流动相不需加入表面活性剂,辛弗林分离度高,可作为枳实中辛弗林的含量测定方法。
Objective: Methods for determination of the content of synephrine in Fructus Aurantii lmmaturus by packed - column supercritical fluid chromatography was established. Methods: Column: Berger PYR( Ethyl pyridine ,250mm × 4.6mm ,6μm) ; Mobile phase: CO2 - methanol with 0.2% isopropylamine (77: 23 ) , Pressure: 100bar, Temperature: 35℃, Flow: 2. 0mL/min, Detection wavelength:225nm. Results: The Synephrine had well linearity in the range of 0.71 μg -11.36μg, r = 0. 9998 ; the average callback rate was 99.57% ,RSD = 1.69%. Conclusion : This method is convenient,quick,good refrain and accurate result, and mobile phase without surfactants can be used for the quality control of synephrine in Fructus Aurantii Immaturus .
