摘要
目的 :探讨仙鹤草、山楂、香菇、杏仁、大枣、板蓝根等 6种中草药的抗突变抗肿瘤作用及其机制。方法 :采用抗突变和致突变同步快速试验研究了 6种中草药的抗突变和致突变性 ;采用体外抑瘤试验研究了 6种中草药的 4个浓度组对 4种肿瘤细胞的抑制作用。结果 :经加和不加大鼠肝脏微粒体酶 (S9) 2种试验 ,6种中草药均未显示有致突变毒性 ,香菇、山楂、杏仁、大枣显示对MMC引起的致突变作用有拮抗效应 ;仙鹤草、山楂、香菇水溶性提取液的各浓度组对 4种肿瘤细胞的3 H TdR掺入均有抑制作用 ,且随浓度的增加 ,抑制作用有增强趋势。结论 :香菇、山楂、杏仁、大枣具有抗突变活性 ,仙鹤草、山楂、香菇对MT Ⅱ、L92 9、SK、K562 4种细胞的DNA合成有明显抑制作用。
Purpose: To test the antimutagenicity and anti-tumor activity of six kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs (hairyvein agrimony, hawthorn, mushroom, apricot kernel, jujube and isatis root). Methods: The antimutagenicity and mutagenicity of six kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs were investigated using the antimutagenicity and mutagenicity synchronous test, the anti-tumor activity of the six kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs to four kinds of tumor cells were investigated using in vitro anti-tumor test. Results: With and without rat liver microsomal enzymes (S9) the tests showed that all the Chinese medicinal herbs had no mutagenicity. Mushroom?howthorn?apricot kernel and jujube were antimutagen against MMC. Four different concentration groups of hairyvein agrimony?howthorn and mushroom extracts all had the effects of inhibiting the incorporation of+3H-TdR. The inhibition had an increasing tendency with the increasing of concentration. Conclusions: mushroom?hawthorn?apricot kernel and jujube have antimutagen activity, hairyvein agrimony?hawthorn and mushroom can apparently inhibit the synthesis of DNA of four kinds of tumor cells (MT-Ⅱ, L929, SKV20, K562).
