摘要
实验表明四物汤能显著促进自发性和ＣｏｎＡ刺激的小鼠脾淋巴细胞３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入，显著促进正常小鼠、正常大鼠脾淋巴细胞和混合脾淋巴细胞产生白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２），但未能显著提升血虚大鼠脾淋巴细胞和混合脾淋巴细胞分泌ＩＬ－２的水平。
Siwu Tang could significantly enhanced the uptaking of\ 3H TdR in the spontaneos and ConA stimulated mouse splenic lymphocytes,markedly promote the interleukin 2 production of splenic lymphocytes and the IL 2 production of mixed splenic lymphocytes in the health mouse and rat,while didn′t significantly enhanced the level of IL 2 secreted bysplenic lymphocytes and mixed splenic lymphocytes in bood dificiency rat.The results indicated that Siwu Tang could significantly inhanced the cellular immunity function of the body.
