摘要
为观察筋骨草的抑瘤作用 ,试验采用肿瘤移植的动物模型 ,进行筋骨草水提液对小鼠 S1 80 肉瘤的抑瘤试验。通过重复试验 ,2次试验的抑瘤率分别为 81 %和 73 %,与对照组比 ,P<0 .0 1。结果提示 :筋骨草水提液对小鼠 S1 80
To observe tumor inhibition effects of ciliate bugle herb (JINGUCAO,CBH),animal models of tumor transplant were used to make the experiment of tumor inhibition of CBH extraction on S\-\{180\} sarcom mice.The results showed that the rates of tumor inhibition were 81% and 73% respectively in the first and repeat experiment(P<0.01).It indicates that the extraction of CBH has obvious effects of tumor inhibition on S\-\{180\} sarcom mice.\;
