摘要
目的 观察电针配合复方丹参注射液治疗乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的临床疗效。方法 42例乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 2 2例用电针配合复方丹参注射液治疗 ,对照组 2 0例口服双氢克尿噻、安体舒通。 2组均 1 0日为 1个疗程 ,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为 86.4% ,对照组为 45 .0 % ,2组比较有非常显著性差异(P <0 .0 1 )。结论 电针配合复方丹参注射液能提高肌肉组织的兴奋性 ,改善患肢的淋巴循环和局部微循环 ,促进巨噬细胞活性和肉芽组织成纤维细胞凋亡 ,减轻瘢痕增生 。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture combined with compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the lymphatic edema of upper limb of postoperation in the patients withmammary cancer.Methods 42 patients with lymphatic edema of upper limb of postoperation of mammary cancer were randomly divided into two groups,22 patients in treatment group were treated by electro-acupuncture combined with compound Salcia miltiorrhiza injection; 22 patients in control group were treated with diuretics,with a treatment course of 10 days for both groups.The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two treatment courses.Results The total effective rate was 86.4% in treatment group and 45.0% in control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with compound Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can increase the excitability of muscular tissue,improve the lymphokinesis and local microcirculation,increase the activity of macrophages, induce the apoptosis of fibroblast of granulation tissue,relieve the synulosis, as a result,to improve the symptoms caused by lymphatic edema of upper limb.
