摘要
患肢水肿是乳腺癌术后常见又顽固的并发症,可导致外观异常、乏力、反复感染和上肢功能障碍,从而严重影响病人的生活质量。从物理疗法、药物疗法、手术治疗方面对乳腺癌术后患肢水肿的治疗及护理加以综述。
Illness - side upper extremity edema is a common and intractable complication of postoperative breast cancer patients, which may lead to the abnormality of appearance, debilitation, repeated infections and functional hindrance of upper extremity. Furthermore, the quality of life of patients was severely affected. This article reviewed the progress on treatment and nursing care of postoperative edema of illness - side upper extremity of breast cancer patients from aspects of physical therapy, medication, and surgical therapy.
