摘要
采用成人及胎儿新鲜肢体标本,以H.E染色切片、Cajal-Fauordky染色方法及普鲁士蓝氯仿淋巴灌注,观察足三里穴显微结构。结果显示:足三里穴的血管袢分布及毛细血管球、神经分支及细小分支的数量同非穴位处有显著性差异,穴区普遍存在着大神经分支;淋巴管袢数量同非穴位处比较也有显著性差异。认为穴位的针刺感受组织是神经、血管及淋巴管的复合结构,即穴位的“穴位立体构筑”
Fresh samples of adult and fetus
limbs were adopted for investigation on ultrastructure of Zusanli(ST 36) point by H E
staining and section,Cajal Fauordky staining method and lymph perfusion of Prussian
blue Chloform Results indicated that there were obvious differences in distribution of
blood vessel loops,amount of capillary glomera,and branches and very small branches
of nerve in Zusanli point as compared with non acupoints Generally,in acupoint area of
Zusali there were large branches of nerve Also,there was significant difference in
amount of lymphatic loops compared with non acupoints It is considered that the
complex structure of nerve,blood vessel and lymphatic vessel,i e,“spatial structure of
acupoint”is the receptive tissue of needling
