摘要
目的 :了解精索内静脉高位结扎术对精索静脉曲张症不育患者精液质量的影响。方法 :对近三年我院诊治精索静脉曲张症不育患者 35例 ,术前、术后精液质量进行比较。结果 :术后患者精子密度、精子活动率及正常形态精子均明显改善。结论
Objective:To analyze the influences of the controlled trial of high spermatic veins upon qualities of the infertile patients suffering from varicocele.Method:A comparison of their spermous qualities both before and after the ligations had been made in the 35 cases of such patients hospitalized and treated in our hospital in the last three years.Results:All the densities,the movements and the structures of the sperms were remarkably improved.Conclusion:The controlled trials of high spermatic veins can enhance the fertility of the infertile patients with varicocele.
