摘要
目的探讨原发性单侧精索静脉曲张不育患者作单侧精索内静脉高位结扎术与作双侧精索内静脉高位结扎术的治疗效果。方法选择单侧原发性精索静脉曲张不育患者66例,66例患者均有不同程度的生精功能障碍。病例随机分为两组,第一组36例,第二组30例。第一组作双侧精索内静脉高位结扎术,第二组作单侧精索内静脉高位结扎术。两组术前及术后3～6个月检查精液分析。结果选择精液精子数量、活动力、畸形率作比较。两组精液质量较术前均有改善,而两组间精液精子数量、活动力、畸形率比较无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论对于原发性单侧精索静脉曲张不育患者,作单侧或双侧精索内静脉高位结扎术,均可提高精液精子质量。此类患者建议采用单侧精索内静脉高位结扎术,可缩短手术时间、减少手术创伤,有利于患者术后康复。
Objective To analyze the influence of one side or two sides high ligation of the internal spermatic veins of the infertile patients suffering from one side varicade. Methods 66 Infertile men who have oneside visible varicocele. All participants were randomly divided into two groups. Group 1 （n=36） was treated by high ligation of the internal spermatic veins of the affected side. Group 2 （n=32） was treated by high ligation of the internal spermatic veins of two sides. Semen analysis were examined both at admission and after operations for 3-6 months. Results All the sperm concentration and sperm motility and sperm deformation were remarkably improved after treated in two groups. Results showed no significant difference compared with the group 1 and group2. Conclusions Varicocele ligation one side or two sides can all improve sperm quality and fertility in infertile men caused by one side varicocele. One side Varicocele ligation was advised because less injure and fast restore.
