摘要
目的 :采用显微外科手术治疗再发性精索静脉曲张症。 方法和结果 :对 30例再发性精索静脉曲张病人用 4倍手术放大镜手术 ,30例均成功 ,未见再次复发。 结论 :对传统各种手术进行讨论 ,并提出应采用显微外科手术治疗传统手术后再发性精索静脉曲张症 ,效果良好。
Objectives:We used microsurgical inguinal varicocelectomy for the treatment of recurrent varicocele. Methods and Results:30 cases of recurrent varicocele were admitted and underwent microscopic surgery by using with objectives 4× and all 30 cases succeeded. Conclusions:We discussed the conventional surgeries and put emphasis on using microsurgical inguinal varicocelectomy for treating varicocele and recurrent varicocele.
