摘要
目的 研究散血明目片对兔玻璃体积血白细胞介素 -6(interleukin -6,IL -6)表达的影响 ,并探讨治疗机理。方法 采用夹心酶联免疫吸附测定 (sandwichenzymelinkedim munoassayassay ,ELISA)检测积血玻璃体中IL -6含量。结果 玻璃体积血 4周时药物组与对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5) ,维持了IL -6的高表达 ;8周时药物组IL -6明显降到低水平 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,与空白对照组比较差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 散血明目片在兔玻璃体积血的早期能促进巨噬细胞的高趋化 ,加速积血的清除及炎症反应过程 。
OBJECTIVE To observe effects of sanxuemingmupian(散血明目片) on the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6) in vitreous hemorrhage of rabbits and investigate its therapeutic mechanism.METHODS IL-6 levels in vitreous hemorrhage eyes were measured with sandwich enzyme linked immunoassay (ELISA) technique.RESULTS At four weeks, the IL-6 levels in sanxuemingmupian group kept higher expression than blank group(P<0.05),had no significant difference comparing with control group(P>0.05).At eight weeks the IL-6 levels in sanxuemingmupian group decreased evidently, and had significant difference comparing with control group(P<0.01), but no significant difference comparingwith blank group(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS In the early stage of vitreous hemorrhage sanxuemingmupian could promote high chemotaxis of macrophages, accelerate absorption of vitreous hemorrhage and the course of inflammatory reaction. This result showed sanxuemingmupian could prevent incidence and development of proliferative vitreoretinopathy.
