摘要
目的 观察散血明目片对家兔实验性玻璃体积血的作用。方法 3 2只家兔用自体血造成右眼玻璃体积血模型 ,随机分成散血明目片治疗组 (A)、血塞通治疗组 (B)、沃丽汀治疗组 (C)及模型对照组 (D1 ) ,并D1组的左眼用同等量的生理盐水注射作为D2组。连续灌胃 4周后 ,观察眼底可见度和病理改变 ,检测玻璃体蛋白浓度和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的变化。结果 散血明目片治疗组眼底可见度的恢复较血塞通组及沃丽汀治疗组快 (P <0 0 5) ;且红细胞溶解程度、巨噬细胞计数及SOD活性也显著高于其他药物组及模型组 (P <0 0 1或P <0 0 5) ;玻璃体蛋白浓度各治疗组改变差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5)。结论 散血明目片能明显促进溶血 ,提高巨噬细胞噬血能力和SOD活性 。
OBJECTIVE To observe effect of sanxuemingmupian in treatment of rabbit with experimental vitreous hemorrhage.METHODS Experimental virtuous hemorrhage was induced in right eyes of thirty-two rabbits with autoblood. They were divided random into group A treated with sanxuemingmupian, group B treated with xuesaitongpian, group C treated with jolethin Tablet, and group D1 untreated. Normal saline were injected into virtuous in left eyes of group D1 as group D2. All experimental rabbits had been fed and administrated for four weeks. Then visibility of fundus of the rabbits was observed during this period, and pathologic changes were observed under light microscope in the sections of the experimental eyes. Change of protein concentration and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were determined.RESULTS Visibility of fundus recovered better in sanxuemingmupian group than B group and C group (P<0.05).The degree of hemolys is of erythrocyte, phagocyte count and the activity of SOD were higher than other groups (P<0.01 or P< 0.05).The changes of protein concentration were not significant difference compared with each treated groups (P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS Sanxuemingmupian could promote hemolysis obviously, improve function of macrophagocytes and activity of SOD, enhance absorption of vitreous hemorrhage
