摘要
分析了目前以各政府机构为核心的政府网站所存在的一些弊端,提出并探讨了应从以机构为中心的分散式独立建设,转为以公众为中心、按公众的需求进行规划和设计,建构一体化的电子政府。
The shortcomings ofpresent government web sites, ofwhich the focus is the governmentalinstitutions, are analysed in thepaper. The author believes that theinstitution-centred dispersed sepa-rate government should be changedinto seamless electronic governmentwhich is centred around the public,and designed according to the needsof the public.
