摘要
本文首先论述了新公共管理的内涵 ,然后对新公共管理运用于中国城市管理提出了具体的思路。论文指出 ,可在城市管理中的政府职能转变、城市管理的主体和城市管理的手段三个方面贯穿新公共管理的理念 ,并进而提出了新公共管理应用于中国城市管理的三大条件。
This paper discusses the conception of new public management.then provides specific measures to imply the new nmanagement to China urban administration.This paper points out.the emphasis of the implication of new management to China urban administration lies in three aspects:city government function transformation.the body of urban administration and the method of urban administration.Further more.three conditions have been stated to insure the implication of new management to China urban administration.
