摘要
目的利用CT、MRI动态监测兔VX2肝癌生长情况,了解不同时期VX2肝癌的CT和MRI表现特点。方法移植法建立10只兔VX2肝癌模型(共20个病灶),种植后1、2、3周行肝脏螺旋CT平扫、双期增强检查及MRI平扫和增强检查。结果种植后1周肿瘤CT、MRI检出率低,2周后上升至100%。平扫CT肿瘤表现为均匀低密度灶;注药后动脉期肿瘤显示为边缘环行强化,而肿瘤主体保持为低密度,其中14例(70%)肿瘤可见肿瘤供养肝动脉直达病灶边缘,9例(45%)肿瘤显示瘤内动脉血管;门静脉期病变降为低密度。T1WI和T2WI肿瘤分别表现为低信号和稍高信号,增强后同样呈边缘环行强化。种植后3周平扫CT、MRI显示肿瘤密度或信号变为不均匀。结论兔VX2肝癌为少血供肿瘤,CT、MRI检查可有效监测VX2肝癌生长情况。
Objective To dynamicallymonitorthegrowthof rabbitVX2hepatomaby CT andMRI,andto understandtheCT andMRIfeaturesduringdifferentperiodsof tumorgrowth.Methods Theplainanddual-phaseenhancedCT as wellas the plainandenhancedMRIwereperformedinallthe10rabbitVX2hepatomamodels(with20foci)at1,2and3weeksafter tumorimplantation.Results Thedetectionrateof theVX2tumorsby CT andMRIwas low at1weekafterimplantation,but was raisedto100%afteranotherweek.Thetumorswereshownto be homogeneouslyhypointenseby unenhancedCT.In arterialphaseCT images,peripheralrimenhancementof allthetumorswereobserved,whilethemainbodiesof thetumors remainedhypointense.Thenutrientarteriesforthetumorsstretchingstraightto themarginsof thetumorsweredetectedin14(70%)fociandarterialvesselsin thetumorsvisualizedin9(45%)lesions.On portalvenousphaseCT thetumorswerealso shownto be hypointense.Thetumorswereshownto be homogeneouslyhypointensein T 1 -weightedMR imagesandlightly hyperintensein T 2 -weightedimages,withperipheralrimenhancementof thetumorsafterinjectionof thecontrastagent.The intensityof mosttumorsbecamehetergenerouson plainCT andMRIat week3afterimplantation.Conclusion RabbitVX2hepatomasarehypovasculartumorsthegrowthof whichcanbe monitoredby CT andMRIeffectively.
