摘要
目的:建立恶性软组织肿瘤动物模型并研究MR成像在软组织肿瘤中的应用价值。方法:15只新西兰大白兔,一侧大腿近段注射VX2肿瘤组织悬液0.1ml,分别于肿瘤组织接种后第7、14、21、28天行MR平扫和增强扫描,观察肿瘤生长情况并测量其体积大小。随后处死模型兔,取出肿瘤测量其体积大小并与MRI测量的肿瘤体积比较;然后将肿瘤组织行病理学检查,观察其组织结构特点及与MR信号之间的关系。结果:所有兔大腿VX2肿瘤的MRI体积测量值近似于实际标本值。结论:MR成像是一种准确且相对简捷的定量、动态评估软组织肿瘤性病变的成像方法。
Objective: To establish an experimental animal model of soft-tissue tumor and investigate the applicative value of magnetic resonance imaging in them. Methods: Fifteen Newzealand white rabbits were implanted with 0.1ml VX2 tumor tissue suspension in a proximal thigh. MR plain scan and contrast enhancement scan were performed on these rabbits 7,14,21 and 28 days later respectively. Meanwhile, the volumes of tumors were measured on MR images. Subsequently, the rabbits were sacrificed and the tumors of which were taken out for volume measurement and pathological examination. Results: All the volumes of rabbits VX2 tumors in the thigh measured on MR images were similar to those measured actually. Conclusion: MR imaging is an accurate and relatively simple imaging technique which can give a quantitative and dynamic assessment to soft-tissue tumors.
