摘要
本文初步研究了己二酸、硬脂酸对纳米氧化锆陶瓷粉体的表面改性作用及其对粉体的极性和流动性的影响.实验结果表明:己二酸、硬脂酸中的羧基(-COOH)与纳米氧化锆粉体颗粒表面的羟基(-OH)发生了类似于酸和醇的酯化反应,并在其表面形成单分子膜.经过表面改性的纳米氧化锆粉体由极性转化为非极性,同时表现出良好的流动性能.
The surface of the nanometer Y-TZP powders was modificated with adipic acid and stearic acid. A covalent bond was formed by chemical reaction between the surface hydroxylic groups that were present on the surface of the Y-TZP powders and organic long-chain molecules such as adipic acid and stearic acid. The surfaCe of Y-TZP was coated with a monomoleculer layer of aliphatic chains. The polarity of nanometer Y-TZP powders was changed and the powders had a better fiowability.
