摘要
火电厂凝结水混床与机组启动同时投运，具有很好的净水、防腐防垢、缩短水汽品质合格时间的作用。文章研究了凝结水混床早期投运对新树脂的影响，结果表明，运行近 ２年，经历 了 ２台３００ ＭＷ新机组投产运行的凝结水混床树脂，其各项主要技术指标均没有发生明显变化，仍然具有良好的离子交换性能。
The condensate mix-bed operating along with the unit has very good water purifying, preservating, antiscaling and shortening aerated water qualified time features. The paper studies the ef- fect of eariler operation of the condensate polishing system on the new ion exchange resin. Result shows that the new resin having operated along with two new erecting 300MW units for two years whose main technical indexes vary disapparently has good ion exchange performance.
