摘要
新建和检修后的机组管道中残留大量的含硅杂质,升炉后出现炉水水质超标,蒸汽品质不合格等问题,论述了一种机组运行中的洗硅方法,采用高参数锅炉热态洗硅剂进行洗硅,可快速溶解热力系统内含硅杂质,在短时间内使水质达到国标,并成功在电厂应用,解决了水质不合格的实际问题。
There are a lot of silicon impurities left in the pipeline of the newly built and overhauled units.The water quality of the boiler water exceeds the standard and the steam quality is unqualified after the boiler is raised.This paper discusses a silicon washing method in the operation of the units.The silicon washing agent of high parameter boiler hot state is used to wash the silicon,which can quickly dissolve the silicon impurities in the thermal system and make the water quality reach the national standard in a short time.It has been successfully applied in the power plant,the actual problem of unqualified water quality is solved.
