摘要
热工研究院所开发的移动颗粒层过滤除尘系统,在高温、高压下能够实现颗粒层过滤和气力循环清灰的一体化稳定运行。过滤气体和输送气体之间的压力平衡和气流速度选择是影响系统稳定运行的关键因素。该文应用流态化理论和气力输送理论分析了过滤气体和输送气体的操作速度。计算表明,温度和压力对过滤速度的选择有较大影响。文中对压力平衡的分析与试验结果相吻合。
A moving granular bed filter with devices for circulation and regeneration of the filter material developed by Thermal Power Research Institute of State Power Corporation has been tested. The results show that moving granular bed filtration and granular medium regeneration can be carried out steadily together in high-temperature high-pressure gas condi-tion. The pressure balance between dirty gas and granular medium transport gas is a key factor in filtration. The velocities of dirty gas and transport gas are discussed with fluidization theory and pneumatic conveying theory in this paper. The results show that the temperature and pressure of dirty gas have great influences on the selection of filtration velocity. In this paper the analysis of the pressure balance coincides with the experimental results.
