摘要
介绍了除尘脱硫一体化概念。从理论上分析了除尘、脱硫两个单元过程在一体化过程中可能发生的相互影响 ,在以前建立的除尘及脱硫过程数学模型基础上 ,计算了为达到所要求的煤气净化指标一体化反应器应满足的条件 ,为未来一体化试验提供了反应器设计初步理论依据。
The concept of integrated process for simultaneous sulfur and dust removal was introduced. Theoretical analysis is carried out for the mutual influence between the unit operation of sulfur and dust removal process. On the basis of the mathematical model of these two processes established before, some computation has been done to obtain the condition that satisfies the integrated removal requirements. This work supplies the elementary theoretical basis for the reactor designing of future experiment.
