研究开发出一套移动颗粒层高温高压煤气除尘中试系统 ,通过实际煤气考核试验研究 ,积累和掌握了系统的运行规律和设计依据 ,为进一步实现工程化奠定了基础。试验表明 ,该过滤器能实现连续稳定的除尘过程 ,除尘效率较高 ,大型化后可适用于高温气体的过滤除尘。图 5表 2参
A pilot facility of moving granular bed filter for and high\|temperature high\|pressure gas dust removing was empoldered. Through the true syngas testing, the operation experiences and the design basis were obtained. The results provide fundamental and important information for scaling up the moving granular bed filter. The research indicated that moving granular bed filter could operate reliably and continuously with higher efficiency at high pressure and high temperature. Figs 5, tables 2 and refs 4.
