摘要
在使用GC-FPD检测西兰花中毒死蜱的残留量时,发现相同保留时间处有一强峰,多次改变色谱条件,该现象依然存在,后经GC-MS定性检测其为杂质。本文利用GC-MS联用仪定性定量检测了西兰花样品中毒死蜱的农药残留量。该方法在0.01mg/kg~0.1mg/kg范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9999,方法的最小检出限为2.0μg/kg。
An efficient method combining GC - MS is presented for the determination of chlorpyrifos pesticide residue in the plant Xilanhua. The MS result shows that the questionable peak isn' t of chlorpyrifos but of an unknown impurity. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0. 01 - 0. 1 mg/kg, r = 0. 9999. The detection limit is 2.0μg/kg.
