摘要
采用气相色谱法 ,选用OV 2 2 5为固定液 ,正二十四烷为内标 ,三氯甲烷为溶剂对毒死蜱进行定量分析 ;其平均偏差为 0 .112 % ,相对标准偏差 0 .3 3 3 % ,平均回收率为 10 0 .2 9%。
Quantitative analysis of chlorpyrifos was carried out, with OV 225 as stationary liquid, n tetracosane as internal standard and chloroform as solvent.Results showed that the standard deviation, relative standard deviation and the average recovery rate were 0.112%,0.333% and 100.29% respectively.
