A fully differential transconductance amplifier to be used in a ∑△ A/D converter is presented in this paper. The amplifier is designed in a 0.6μm CMOS process with a single 3V supply.The 2 stage amplifierutilizes cascode compensation and a dynamic common mode feedback.The nominal dynamic range is 82.8dB and the open loop DC gain is 90.9dB.The amplifier settles in 84.3ns to an accuracy of 0.1% for a worst case step.
