A High Gain CMOS Differential Transconductance Amplifier

摘要 本文设计了一种可用于∑△A/D转换器的全差分跨导放大器 (OTA)。本放大器采用0 6 μm工艺实现 ,其两级间使用共源共栅补偿、并采用了动态共模反馈 ,其标定动态范围 (DR)为 82 8dB、开环直流增益为 90 9dB ,在最坏情况下需要 84 3ns以稳定到 0 A fully differential transconductance amplifier to be used in a ∑△ A/D converter is presented in this paper. The amplifier is designed in a 0.6μm CMOS process with a single 3V supply.The 2 stage amplifierutilizes cascode compensation and a dynamic common mode feedback.The nominal dynamic range is 82.8dB and the open loop DC gain is 90.9dB.The amplifier settles in 84.3ns to an accuracy of 0.1% for a worst case step.
