摘要
以不同种类的TiO2 、C(炭黑 )为原料 ,用微波在较低的温度下合成出了纳米级TiC。利用X射线衍射对合成的TiC进行物相分析及晶粒大小分析 ,并与常规合成的TiC进行比较 ,探讨了工艺条件。
Nanosize TiC was synthesized by microwave at lower temperature with different kinds of TiO 2 and C.The TiC powders were characterized using XRD and WAXD.Compared with the TiC powders conventional synthesized,the effects of synthesis processing and the different kinds of TiO 2 and C on the crystal particle size and synthesis yield of TiC were researched.
