摘要
提出了一种基于特征的针对系列产品的拉延模具参数化建模方法。把参数化方法与基于特征的三维建模技术有机地结合起来 ,将模具各部分以参数的方式进行处理 ,在针对某一几何拓扑关系类似的系列产品中以一典型件建立其参数化模具模型后 ,可通过修改模具模型特征 ,产生其他同类产品的相应模具模型 ,从而极大地提高了产品的设计效率。
This paper proposes a parameterized modeling method based on features. It combines the parametric method with the 3D modeling technology based on features. Every part of dies is dealt with by parameterized pattern. By controlling parameters of features, curve and surface, the die of other products in the same series is come into being, thus the designing efficiency is improved consumedly
