摘要
在当前工程实际中,成型零件工作尺寸的计算普遍采用的是基于平均收缩率的计算方法.这种方法处理特殊情况,如材料的收缩率和模具的制造误差处于极限状态的情况下就存在有较大误差,因此提出以平均收缩率计算方法为基础,并考虑极限状态下的各种因素,对原有计算公式进行了修正.由于注塑件结构复杂,且模具成型零件尺寸数量巨大,因此采用特征造型技术,以 Auto C A D 为平台,采用 Geom etry/ Feature 相结合的方法,建立了注塑件特征信息模型,实现了由注塑件尺寸到模具成型零件工作尺寸的自动转换.
The method of calculating cavity dimension is based on average shrinkage of the material.This method is efficient under normal condition, but avoidable in special case.In this paper,the inadequacy of the calculation formula used now for the cavity dimension of injection mold has been analyzed, and the formula is modified accordingly.Because of the complexity of the part, the mold dimension number is huge.Based on the feature information model of the part,the dimensions of the plastic part are automatically transformed into the working dimensions of the cavity.
