摘要
通过正交试验确定微波处理的最佳工艺参数 ,用水煎煮法提取板蓝根多糖 ,用苯酚硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果表明 ,微波处理后 ,板蓝根粗多糖得率达到 33.0 6 2 ,多糖质量分数达到 75 .2 11 ,优于单独使用水煎煮法。微波处理板蓝根的最佳工艺参数为水浸泡 1h,微波功率 4 80 W,处理时间 6 min;此工艺参数下 。
The best parameters of technology was determined through orthogonal test, then using method of boiling water to obtain polysaccharide of indigowoad root, and content was determinated with phenol vitriolic colorimetry. The extracting rate of unrefined polysaccharide of indigowoad root by using microwave treatment was up to 33 062 % , and the content of polysaccharide was up to 75 211 % , better than using boiling water extraction alone. The polysaccharide of indigowoad root has been obtained for the first time by microwave technique, both extracting rate and content are apparently high.
