摘要
自1986年Ganzler首先报道了微波用于天然产物中化学成分的提取后,微波萃取技术已成为近年来发展较快的一种新型提取技术,因它具有速度快、效率高、耗能少、时间短以及有利于环保等优点,目前广泛应用于食品、生物、制药、环境样品及天然产物提取等各领域中.文章从微波萃取的原理、特点、条件入手,对微波萃取技术在天然产物化学成分提取中的应用进行讨论.
After Ganzler reported the new method about how to extract the chemical elements from the natural products microwave extractions in 1986, microwave extract technique has become a fast developing technique in recent years because of its fast speed, high efficiency, consuming less energy and other advantages. It is mainly applied to the fields of extracting the food, medicine, environmental samples and natural products. This text will discuss the applications of microwave extract technique in extracting the chemical elements from the natural products according to the microwave extracts method.
