摘要
本文初步考察巴氏蘑菇提取物 (ABE)对于小鼠离体脾淋巴细胞功能的影响。采用的方法包括正常和免疫受抑情况下脾淋巴细胞对于刀豆蛋白A刺激的增殖反应和单双向混合淋巴细胞反应。结果发现 ,在 5~ 10 0 μg/ml浓度范围 ,ABE对小鼠离体脾淋巴细胞的增殖反应具有增强作用 ;在 5~ 5 0 μg/ml浓度范围 ,ABE可以部分恢复免疫受抑的小鼠离体脾淋巴细胞对刀豆蛋白A的应答能力 ;在 10~ 5 0 0 μg/ml范围内 ,ABE对单向和双向混合淋巴细胞反应都具有不同程度的增强作用 。
We conducted a series of experiments to observe the effect of Agaricus blazei Murill.extract(ABE)on the functions of murine lymphocytes in vitro.The methods include splenocyte proliferation induced by ConA,using both normal murine lymphocytes and lymphocytes inhibited by cyclosporin A or hydrocortisone.mixed lymphocyte reaction was conducted using normal C57BL/6j lymphocytes and C57BL/6j lymphocytes pre-incubated with mitomycin C.We found that ABE(5~100μg/ml)can enhance the proliferation of murine lymphocytes stimulated by ConA in vitro,and can partially restore the response of inhabited lymphocyte to ConA within 5~50μg/ml.ABE(10~500μg/ml)cna also enhance mixed lymphocyte reaction.
