摘要
应用姬松茸对10例急性非淋巴细胞白血病进行临床观察。结果表明,姬松茸能促进骨髓造血,改善化疗后的骨髓抑制,使外周血血红蛋白浓度、血小板数及白细胞总数较对照组明显升高(P<0.005～0.02)。同时,姬松茸组IgM显著提高(P<0.05),血浆白蛋白升高、球蛋白降低。A/G比例明显升高(P<0.01～0.05),提示姬松茸能提高机体体液免疫及对肿瘤细胞具有一定抑制作用。姬松茸服用安全、无毒付反应,是一种值得进一步研究和利用的辅助治疗手段。
Ten cases of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL) with chemotherapy were treated by Agaricus Blazei. The results showed that Agaricus Blazei could promote the bone marrow hemopoiesis in vivo,improve bone marrow inhibition after chemotherapy and increase remarkly the concentration of Hb.the number of Wbc and Plt in peripheral blood(P<0. 005 -0. 02). It also enchanced the Concentration of IgM(P<0. 05),albumin and A/G ratio and decreased the comcentra-tion of globulin in plasma(P<0. 01-0. 05). It indicated that Agaricus Blazei could promote liquid immune function and had some inhibitory effects on leukemia cells in ANLL patients. No side effects were found in the treatment of Agaricus Blazei. The method is safe and remains to be further studied and applied.
