摘要
用小鼠Lewis肺癌细胞株等实验,研究表明磨菇多糖对小鼠Lewis肺癌有较强的抑癌作用。磨菇多糖在体内显著促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖和显著增强小鼠NK细胞活性,亦可使胸腺指数显著增加。提示磨菇多糖可刺激机体的免疫系统,并具有免疫增强作用。
In the present study, we demonstrate the antitumor effects of Lentinanin in murine im-planted Lewis lung cancer; Lentinan can also significantly increase the lymphocyte transformation rate and the natural keller cell activity, in vivo. The results indicate that the ability of Lentinan to stimulate immunosystem function correlatel with its qntitumor activity.
