摘要
目的 :探讨CD4 4v6蛋白产物在人皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的表达特点及其与转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP法检测 4 6例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤和 30例黑色素细胞痣中CD4 4v6蛋白产物。结果 :CD4 4v6蛋白的阳性表达率在皮肤恶性黑素瘤和黑色素细胞痣分别为 6 9 6 %和 36 7% ,差别有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,在皮肤恶性黑素瘤转移组明显高于无转移组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :CD4 4v6表达升高可能在皮肤恶性黑色素瘤的发生和转移过程中起重要作用 ,检测CD4
Objective:To study the expression of CD44v6 and its correlation with metastasis in skin malignant melanoma.Methods:The expression of CD44v6 protein in 46 patients with skin malignant melanoma and 30 patients with nevocellular nevus was studied with SP immunohistochemical technique.Results:The positive expression rate of CD44v6 protein in skin malignant melanoma and nevcellular nevus were 69 6% and 36 7%,respectively.The difference of CD44v6 protein expression between patients with and without metastasis was statistically significant(P<0 05).Conclusion:The over expression of CD44v6 protein may play important roles in the tumorigenesis and metastasis of skin malignant melanoma and serve as a factor of metastasis.
