摘要
目的 为仙灵骨葆胶囊提供质量控制的方法。方法 采用TLC法对淫羊藿、丹参、补骨脂、地黄分别进行了色谱鉴别。采用HPLC测定了胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果 TLC鉴别方法专属性强 ,含量测定淫羊藿苷在 0 .4～ 2 .5 μg间有良好线性关系 ,回收率为 97.92 % ,RSD为 1.6 9%。结论 本质量标准可有效地控制仙灵骨葆胶囊的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To study the identification and quantitative analysis of Xianling Guobao capsule. METHOD: TLC was used for simultaneously identification of Herba Epimedii, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Fructus Psoraleae, Radix Rehmanniae. HPLC was used for the determination of icariin. RESULTS: The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots clear and concentrated. The linearity for icariin was obtained over the range of 0.4∼2.5 μg. The average recovery of icariin was 97.92% with RSD 1.69%. CONCLUSION: This quality standard was capable of effectively controling the quality of Xianling Gubao capsule.
