摘要
目的建立仙灵骨葆颗粒的质量标准。方法采用HPLC和薄层层析法分别对处方中的淫羊藿、续断、丹参、补骨脂进行了定性鉴别；用HPLC法测定样品中淫羊藿苷的含量。结果鉴别方法专属性强；含量测定淫羊藿苷在9．68～193．6mg·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9995，平均加样回收率为100．5％，RSD为1．3％。结论本质量标准可有效地控制仙灵骨葆颗粒的质量。
Aim To establish the quality standard of xianling gubao granules. Methods Epimedii, dipsaci, salvia miltiorrhizae and fructus psoraleae in xianling gubao granules were identified by HPLC and TLC. The content of Icariin was determined by HPLC. Results Qualitation identification was highly specific. Icariin showed a good linear relationship at a range between 9.68 and 193.6 mg·L^-1,r = 0. 9995. The average recovery was 100.5%, and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion The quality of xianling gubao granules could be controlled effectively according to the quality standard.
